TUCSON, Ariz. – April 23, 2022 – SynCardia Systems, LLC, partners up with the American Heart Association  to champion the annual Southern Arizona Heart Walk.

In April 2022 at the Reid Park Tucson AZ,  SynCardia staff members joined forces with the Tucson community by participating in the annual Heart Walk, a movement organized by the American Heart Association.

Every year the Heart Walk brings people together, motivates them to get moving, honors survivors, raises funds to save lives, and, of course, is a lot of fun along the way!

The Southern Arizona Heart Walk is an important gathering that aims to raise awareness about heart health, and to establish a free community event that will bring our community together for a positive and fun experience, into a potentially life-saving event.

What is the purpose of this event? As part of the AHA’s mission to raise awareness about heart disease and stroke, the Heart Walk was created. The purpose of the race is to get people up and moving and to promote the idea of living a healthier and more active lifestyle. Over a million Americans come together each year for the American Heart Walks across the country, with the aim of supporting this very important cause.
